FilingBy operates as an independent compliance technology platform. We streamline documentation workflows, provide verification checks, and connect users with qualified professionals (Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Legal Advocates) for statutory portal submissions. FilingBy does not directly represent itself as a law or audit firm.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all identity proofs (PAN, Aadhaar), registered office proofs, and financial records submitted for government filings are authentic, unaltered, and legally valid. Submission of forged or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate service termination.
Virtual office spaces provided through FilingBy are intended strictly for commercial business registration (GST and MCA). Tenants must operate within governing commercial tenancy regulations and adhere to registered office verification standards.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, FilingBy's aggregate liability for any claims arising from service delivery shall not exceed the total professional service fees actually paid by the client for the specific order.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
